Data Recovery 101

Logical vs. Physical Failure: When your drive fails, first, turn the device off immediately to prevent further damage. Data loss can be categorized as logical (software/file system corruption) or physical (mechanical failure). For physical failure (clicking sounds, grinding), do NOT attempt to power it on again. We use professional cleanroom techniques for physical recovery and advanced software tools for logical recovery.
